An Ecrew bespoke is an extension of your individual expression. Through a participatory design process, you shape every detail, from material choice to color, creating a wearable work of art that reflects your personality and distinctive style.

The difference lies in the creative concept and customization:
- One to One: is a shoe created specifically for you. You will work directly with our designers to choose every detail, from materials to colors, creating a unique piece that reflects your tastes and personality.
- Art: The shoe becomes an artistic medium. The artwork of selected artists is applied to the sneaker, allowing you to appropriate their style and vision. It is a way to immerse yourself in the artist's taste and take their art with you.

Not yet. At the moment, you can only purchase pre-made designs made by our designers and artists we collaborate with. But don't worry, we are working on adding this feature in the future!

The price for a “one to one” service varies depending on the complexity of the design and the time required for its realization. The choice of specific leathers rather than others will influence the overall cost.

Absolutely. During the “One to One” process, we will send you a draft or rendering of the design to ensure that everything is exactly as you want it. Only after your approval will we proceed to production.

The production time depends on the complexity of the design and the collaboration with the artists. Generally, for the “One to One” custom sneakers it takes 3-4 weeks from the confirmation of the design. For the “Art” sneakers, the times may vary based on the availability of the artist.

Absolutely! We offer a collection of unique designs made by our designers. You can select the design that resonates with your personality the most.

Absolutely NOT! We reserve the right to accept any type of proposal, so that it is tangible and feasible, so that we can make your bespoke unique in the world.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make any adjustments to ensure your sneaker best reflects your style.

We use high quality materials, ensuring comfort and durability. From leather to canvas, each component is selected to ensure the highest quality.

At Ecrew we don't set any limits; we ship worldwide. Prices are based on current shipping and handling rates. All customs fees and/or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ecrew will provide a tracking number for all shipments. Once the tracking description says 'delivered', crew can no longer be held responsible if an item is lost.

Since all products are custom designed or produced in exact quantities to order, all sales of custom shoes and products are final.

Yes! If you send us your white sneaker, the cost of the shoe will be subtracted from the total and you will only pay for the customization service.
